These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all relations between the company Dyet, operating the website dyetstore.com (hereinafter “the Seller”), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase of products on the site. By validating their order, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.
Article 1 – Purpose
These T define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the Seller on the website dyetstore.com. They apply to any order placed on the site, whether the Customer is an individual or a professional.
Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are dietary supplements, described as accurately as possible on the product pages. However, the images are provided for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Article 3 – Price
Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the Customer validates the order.
Article 4 – Order
4.1 Order validation: The Customer validates their order by clicking on the “Confirm order” button after accepting these T A confirmation email will be sent summarizing the details of their order. 4.2 Order modification: Any modification of the order after confirmation is subject to the Seller’s agreement. 4.3 Product availability: Product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability after order validation, the Seller will inform the Customer. The Customer can then choose to cancel the order or select an alternative product.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card, PayPal, or any other means offered on the site. The Seller guarantees the security of transactions through encryption systems. In case of non-payment or incomplete payment, the order will not be confirmed.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 Delivery areas: The Seller delivers to Switzerland and other countries subject to local restrictions. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the ordered products comply with the legislation of the delivery country. 6.2 Delivery times: The delivery times mentioned are indicative. In case of a delay of more than 30 days after order validation, the Customer may request cancellation and refund of the order. 6.3 Delivery fees: Delivery fees are indicated at the time of ordering and vary according to the destination and the chosen delivery method.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal period: In accordance with Swiss law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. 7.2 Product return: The Customer must return the products in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, with return shipping costs at their expense. The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.
Article 8 – Warranties and liabilities
8.1 Legal warranty: The products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by Swiss law. In case of defect or hidden flaw, the Customer can request repair, replacement, or refund of the product. 8.2 Limitation of liability: The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products. Moreover, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, etc.).
Article 9 – Intellectual property
All elements of the dyetstore.com website, whether visual or audio (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.), are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

The Seller commits to protect the Customer’s personal data, which is collected solely for order processing. In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which can be exercised by contacting customer service.
Article 11 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the Swiss courts of the Canton of Geneva will have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
